Mandate
The Education Committee is responsible for maintaining OGCA’s construction courses and promoting education throughout the industry.
The committee liaises with many educational institutions including George Brown College and Seneca College. The Committee is currently working on establishing a partnership with an educational institution to maintain and upgrade our courses. They are also working on a “degree in construction” course with Toronto Construction Association and George Brown College.
A new course is also being developed for supervisors dealing with their responsibilities under the Building Code Act. Watch for more announcements in our ActionData.
