Membership Information

By-Laws

The Ontario General Contractors Association received its Letters Patent on September 19, 1939.Incorporated under The Companies Act, the Association is governed by its By-Laws.

The By-Laws set out who we are, our purpose and how we are to operate, from financing to the election of officers and Board members.
