Store Fees and Policies

The Ontario General Contractors Association (OGCA) will apply a 4% admin fee to all online transactions. Please note, this fee will automatically appear during checkout.

Please note a restocking fee will apply on all incorrect document purchases. A standard restocking fee of $25 will apply for purchases under $50, or a 50% restocking fee will apply for purchases over $50.

NOTE: The OGCA strongly recommends customers have a minimum of 3 seals on hand at any one time to avoid delays and submission.

OGCA Members and Non-OGCA Members

OGCA services both members and non-members. Non-Members purchasing either: an Electronic Version of a Document (EV), an Authorization Seal (AS) or an Event, you must select the correct pricing for Non-OGCA Member Pricing found under the “Options” drop down before adding the product to your cart.

Should you require clarity of classification, please access the OGCA Member Directory to confirm your membership status prior to placing your order

Please note: If you are not an OGCA member and select OGCA Member Pricing, then one of the following will occur:

  • OGCA will withhold the order until Credit Card information is obtained to issue an additional invoice for the product only price difference.

OR

  • OGCA will send the quantity of seals equivalent to the product value only on the original order.

The OGCA reserves the right to contact the company in question to ascertain clarity on how to proceed.

For orders placed under the incorrect classification, the OGCA will include an additional $5.00 administration fee to the order.

  • We do not always have stock of the item you require, but your order will be filled as soon stock is replenished.
  • Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. will be filled the following day. Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. Friday or on the weekend will be filled on the following Monday.
  • Orders with a product value up to $200.00 will be sent via regular Canada Post effective July 27, 2022. The OGCA accepts no responsibility for any lost or misplaced orders. Please ensure your address is correct when placing your order.
  • If you wish to arrange a courier pick up at your expense, please contact Judy (judy@ogca.ca) to obtain the correct pickup address.
  • A copy of the Waybill will also be required.

Shipping

  • Please allow 24 hours for order processing and 2-3 business days for delivery via regular Canada Post.
  • Orders with a net value over $200.00 will be sent via an OGCA selected courier.
  • PLEASE NOTE WE WILL NO LONGER SHIP DOCUMENTS OVERSEAS (CANADA AND U.S. ORDERS ONLY).

Accessing Electronic Documents

When ordering an Electronic Document (EV), you are purchasing a 7-digit Registration Number that will be emailed to you upon receipt of order and the website for immediate download:

  • CCA Documents: cca-acc.com
  • CCDC Documents: ccdc.org
  • If the document requires authorization seals, they will be mailed with an invoice copy for your records.
