Low Bay Retrofit at Trenergy Inc.
Timbro Design/Build Contractors have completed more than six projects for the two owners of Trenergy Inc., including this stage of the long term project which involves retrofitting the complete 200,000 square foot facility.
All work was completed utilizing Timbro’s customized TQM program. Inspections were completed regularly by consultants, the Ministry of Labour and R.T. Engineering. This was a complex project since it involved the removal of asbestos, lead paint, and the replacement of a structurally condemned structure, all while maintaining the operation of a long adjacent production line.
