The OGCA will be hosting its bi-annual Symposium from April 16 – 18, 2026, in Blue Mountain.
The OGCA, once again, welcomes all our members to this immersive and interactive, construction focus learning and networking experience.
We look forward to welcoming those that are returning to the Symposium format, and for those that are new to the OGCA, the following are the overall aspects of the Symposium:
- Tradeshow will be the central feature of the Symposium and be the focal point of all activity (Stage, speakers, entertainment, and dining)
- The congruent education sessions will follow multiple streams and allow the presenters to address the timeliest issues facing our industry

- Possible subject matter for the sessions can include, but not limited to, the following:
- Health and Safety
- Legal / Advocacy
- Innovation and technology
- Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG)
- Supply chain
- Women in Construction
- Anything you think would need to be addressed!
- Possible subject matter for the sessions can include, but not limited to, the following:
- Each session is one (1) hour in duration
- The same session is delivered on both the Thursday and the Friday, allowing participants more educational selection
- Continuing professional credits will be offered for:
- NCSO; legal; engineering related sessions; as well as for any Gold Seal participants (pursuant to the business session)

Some important information that should be fully completed is the following:
- Session Title
- Something to will grab the attendee’s attention
- Description of Session
- One paragraph noting the contents of the session, including take aways from participating in this session
- Presenters
- Presenters Titles and company affiliation
- Biographies (up to 500 words)
- Headshots (High-resolution photos)
- Audio Visual Requirements
- Projectors and screens
- Number of microphones and/or need for a podium
All Business Sessions need to be fully submitted by January 30, 2026 to have your session(s) included in our agenda and broadcast to our members. The goal is to create interest around all the sessions and the more time the registrants have, the better. The OGCA encourages potential applicants to submit their session in for consideration at their earliest convenience.
Please note that the Symposium Committee will assess and prioritize business sessions based on APP affiliation and content.
