The GLIP Resume Book 2026 highlights the students and teams participating in this year’s General’s Lab Innovation Program.

Section One profiles all ten Phase Two teams and the students on each team. Section Two features the resumes of students who chose to submit one. Resume content appears as provided by each student.

The General’s Lab Innovation Program (GLIP) is a province-wide accelerator that connects post-secondary students with real, contractor-defined construction challenges, guided by experienced industry mentors. The program is housed within the OGCA framework and operates across Ontario.

GLIP is not a competition, hackathon, or simulation. It is a structured build focused on real challenges facing OGCA member firms today. Students work toward developing feasible, implementable solutions rather than concept papers.
