Ontario College of Trades Begins to Enforce the Act
This June, the Ontario College of Trades (OCT) deployed Enforcement Officers to enforce the provisions of the Ontario College of Trades and Apprenticeship Act. Previously, enforcement of the Act (TQAA) was the responsibility of the Ministry of Labour Occupational Health and Safety inspectors.
