The Ontario Ministry of Labour has released a discussion Report called the Changing Workplace Review. It considers numerous changes to the Labour Relations Act and the Employment Standards Act to “increase worker protection” under these provisions.
The Ministry will be accept comment until October 15, 2016. Click here to read the report.
