COVID 19 UPDATES FROM OGCA / ASSOCIATE PARTNERS / OTHERS

On March 17, 2020, in response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the Government of Ontario declared a state of emergency under s 7.0.1 (1) the Emergency Management and Civil Protection Act. Contractors and owners have already taken steps to address the pandemic challenges, but labour supply, material supply chains, approvals processes and servicing are being impacted.

As this pandemic has grown in severity, the actual impact on construction continues to evolve.  OGCA is aware that many of you have questions about the COVID 19 pandemic.

We have reached out to our Associate Partners and others for information that they wish to share with you. Please keep watching this space for more updates as they come in. Remember to check out the Centres for Disease Control and Prevention, the World Health Organization and the Government of Ontario website for more information.
