Effective July 1, 2025, prices for all OGCA seals and e-documents will be updated. This adjustment reflects ongoing efforts to enhance our services and maintain operational sustainability.

CANADA POST UPDATE

Although a strike has been averted, the OGCA continues to closely monitor the ongoing situation with Canada Post. 

With the possibility of a strike still looming, the OGCA is committed to ensure that all seals purchased through the OGCA store, are received by customers in a timely manner.  We understand the significance of these items, so to avoid any disruption and for a flat fee, the OGCA will ship all parcels via courier.  Alternatively, if you have a courier company that your organization works with directly, we will be more than happy to accommodate.

Customers are also welcomed to come in the OGCA office to collect their seals at a mutually scheduled time.

The Ontario General Contractors Association (OGCA) will apply a 4% admin fee to all online transactions. Please note, this fee will automatically appear during checkout.

Please note a restocking fee will apply on all incorrect document purchases. A standard restocking fee of $25 will apply for purchases under $50, or a 50% restocking fee will apply for purchases over $50.

NOTE: The OGCA strongly recommends customers have a minimum of 3 seals on hand at any one time to avoid delays and submission.
