Holiday Closure Notice – Our office will be closed for the holiday season beginning Thursday December 18th 2025,  until  Monday January 5th. No orders will be processed during this Period.  Any orders placed between December 18th 2025 to January 5th 2026 will be fulfilled beginning on January 5th 2026. 

 

PRICE ANNOUNCEMENT:

Effective January 5, 2026, the OGCA will be increasing pricing on all CCDC and CCA seals and documents. 

 

Effective December 31, 2026, the OGCA will officially phase out the sale of traditional tangible seals. Beginning January 1, 2027, we will transition to exclusively offering digital seals for all contracts and documents.

 

This change will provide our customers with:

  • Faster delivery – instant access upon purchase
  • Greater convenience – no shipping or handling required
  • Enhanced authenticity – secure and verifiable digital seals

We are excited to offer this modernized solution that better supports the needs of our members.

 

PICKUP POLICY:

Customers are welcome to visit the OGCA office to collect their seals by appointment only. Please note, all orders must be placed online before pickup.

As of June 30th 2025, the OGCA will no longer offer CCDC 48-2002 ‘A Guide to the Use of CCDC 18-2001.

As of June 30th, 2026, the following CCDC and CCA documents/seals will be discontinued in light of the new 2025 documents :

  • CCDC 5A – 2010 ‘Construction Management Contract – for Services’
  • CCDC 5B – 2010 ‘Construction Management Contract – for Services and Construction’
  • CCDC 17 – 2010 ‘Stipulated Price Contract for Trade Contractors on Construction Management Projects’
  • CCA 19 – 2011 ‘Stipulated Price Sub-subcontract’
  • CCDC 30 – 2018 ‘Integrated Project Delivery Contract’
  • CCDC 45 – 2011 ‘A Guide to CCDC 5A Construction Management Contract – for Services’
  • CCDC 46 – 2011 ‘A Guide to CCDC 5B Construction Management Contract – for Services and Construction’
  • CCDC 47 – 2011 ‘A Guide to CCDC 17 Stipulated Price Contract between Owner and Trade Contractor for Construction Management Projects’

 

 

The Ontario General Contractors Association (OGCA) will apply a 4% admin fee to all online transactions. Please note, this fee will automatically appear during checkout.

Please note a restocking fee will apply on all incorrect purchases. A standard restocking fee of $25 will apply for purchases under $50, or a 50% restocking fee will apply for purchases over $50. All electronic documents are non-refundable. 

NOTE: The OGCA strongly recommends customers have a minimum of 3 seals on hand at any one time to avoid delays and submission.
 

OGCA Members and Non-OGCA Members

OGCA services both members and non-members. Non-Members purchasing either: an Electronic Version of a Document (EV), an Authorization Seal (AS) or an Event, you must select the correct pricing for Non-OGCA Member Pricing found under the “Options” drop down before adding the product to your cart.

Should you require clarity of classification, please access the OGCA Member Directory to confirm your membership status prior to placing your order.

Please note: If you are not an OGCA member and select OGCA Member Pricing, then one of the following will occur:

  • OGCA will withhold the order until Credit Card information is obtained to issue an additional invoice for the product only price difference.

OR

  • OGCA will send the quantity of seals equivalent to the product value only on the original order.

The OGCA reserves the right to contact the company in question to ascertain clarity on how to proceed.

For orders placed under the incorrect classification, the OGCA will include an additional $5.00 administration fee to the order.

  • We do not always have stock of the item you require, but your order will be filled as soon stock is replenished.
  • Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. will be filled the following day. Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. Friday or on the weekend will be filled on the following Monday.
  • Orders with a product value up to $200.00 will be sent via regular Canada Post effective July 27, 2022. The OGCA accepts no responsibility for any lost or misplaced orders. Please ensure your address is correct when placing your order.
  • If you wish to arrange a courier pick up at your expense, please contact (orders@ogca.ca) to obtain the correct pickup address.
  • A copy of the Waybill will also be required.


Fees and Shipping Adjustments

Due to the interruption of service by Canada Post, and to ensure all orders are delivered promptly, all shipments will be shipped via courier at a flat fee of $30.00. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time. 

Please note that the OGCA will only ship orders within Canada. International orders will no longer be accepted.

Shipping

  • Please allow 24 hours for order processing and 4-6 business days for delivery via courier.
  • Orders with a net value over $200.00 will be sent via an OGCA selected courier.
  • PLEASE NOTE WE WILL NO LONGER SHIP DOCUMENTS OUTSIDE OF CANADA (NO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS OR USA ORDERS).

Accessing Electronic Documents

When ordering an Electronic Document (EV), you are purchasing a 7-digit Registration Number that will be emailed to you upon receipt of order and the website for immediate download:

  • CCA Documents: cca-acc.com
  • CCDC Documents: ccdc.org
  • If the document requires authorization seals, they will be mailed with an invoice copy for your records.
